  • I am a cheesemaker by day, brewer by weekend. I live in Kiel Wisconsin with my beautiful wife, our daughter and our dog. relatively new to homebrewing. First batch was brewed in February 2010. Now it has become more than a hobby, it's a obsession! I've been devouring any information i can on home brewing.
  • home brewing, searching out craft beer, fishing, camping and the Green Bay Packers
  • Cheesemaker (Sartori Foods)
  • Ken
  • Good bluegrass and old blues...don't really listen to much music anymore, talk radio now
  • office space. Will Ferrel anything. LOTR. Harry Potter. boondock saints. the departed
  • the office. deadliest catch. good eats. sam calgiones new beer show on the discovery channel
  • The Joy of homebrewing. How to brew. Tasting beer. papazian, palmer, mosher. the real Micheal Jackso
  • none....yet
  • Started out by getting into good beer, something other than yellow fizzy BS. That turned into collecting beer and bottles from around the US. I started talking about Home brew, and my wife got sick of hearing it so she actally bought me my kit, i'm looking at getting or building a 10 gallon all grain kit sooner than later. the olnly thing i have done is build a wort chiller for myself and a friend of mine (also a cheesemaker!) i am an ale guy right now. would like to get a area for lagering but that is down the road. been doing extra hop additions and dryhopping. i love hops.
  • hopefully a mead... 10 gallons all grain...a darker beer for over the winter...Black IPA or cascadian dark ale
  • Irish Ale
  • none
  • first batch i called "rushin' Imperial IPA" cause i was in a rush to get it done before my folks came down to visit. My second batch i call "Pine Tree Pale". i have a lot of pine tree in my yard so i thought it was appropriate it's a sierra nevada clone. only i added a extra oz. of centennial hops @ 30 min. dry hopped with oz. of cascade. both have turned out awesome......Nut brown Ale
