A dairy supply store should be able to help you out with a nice used sink. I am using one from
an old milkhouse.

It seems everyone is concerned about where the outlet is on your tanks. If pulling liquid from
the side a little above bottom is ideal, then why not put a short length of SS pipe in your
drain to rais...

I was at Sam's Club today and bought a 4 gallon bottle of water for $4.88. The bottle is #1
PET. I will be using this for small batches. Thought it was a pretty good deal and just wanted
