Kaiser, I have followed you on HBT since 2007, and then on your blog. I hold you in high esteem. Instead of sharing the ignorance one finds on HBT, you are a shining light in the home brew arena. Thanks for all of the effort and truly helpful information!

Did you study Brewing Science in Germany? I spent 6 months in munich last year and made friends with a young man who was studying Brewing Science at Technisches Universitat Munchen and was surprised to find just how intensive this program of study can be.

Either way, you give great advice and instruction in a very easy to understand manner. Thanks for bein the Bier Kaiser, and keep doin what your doin!
