  • I'm running a Bucket primary with 6 glass carboys for secondary. I have a 20 quart and 16 quart brew kettle for now. I have a pile of kegging equipment I got from my dad just sitting here, but need to put some time in to get it going.
  • I want to get the science of Belgians down.
