i do a lot of lagers and cant say ive seen anything unusual in the airlock (unless i have an
unexpected blowoff).if you have starsan in the airlock you should be fine.

Ok, looks like we can do a partial pallet order with a different vendor. The shipping is the
same up to 42 sacks so this will add a few $ per sack. We will also be using BSG so different

We are talking about being 1 liter off for 5 gal. And 2 liter off for 10 gal. Everyone can
decide for themselves how big of a deal that is. (Hint 1 liter in 5g is not significant)

dump it and try again.I transfer wort to a co2 flushed carboy, and add airlock for lacto
ferment. ive tried it in the kettle and even with flushing i got some nastiness.

I use a lot of white labs but have never used their berliner blend. it does not get good
reviews.kettle souring with Wyeast 5335, boil and pitch wyeast 1007 has worked very well for
me, very clean lac...
