- I got into brewing through 9th grade bio, we were learning about anaerobic cellular respiration and our teacher used yeast as an example. Before that I had never thought about where alcohol came from, after learning about fermentation I cut my last class to go home early and experiment with bread yeast. It was a while before I really started brewing drinkable things but from that moment on I knew I was going to brew.
- light american lager, coffee stout, golden belgian strong.
- Wee heavy.
- Strawberry Mead, IIPA.
- Scotch Ale, Oatmeal Stout, Hefeweizen x2, Dunkelwiezen, Kolsch, Porter, Brown-ish porter-ish, an experiment with juniper, nut brown, mild brown, belgian wit.
- I wish I could afford kegs!
