My favorite brewery in town is Bosco's. They tap a cask conditioned ale every Monday and Friday
at 5:30 and they have an awesome happy hour - $3 beers and $5 foods. It's in a part of town

I did the same thing this weekend. I don't think it has any effect at all. The yeast won't add
density to the wort, they just swim in it. Kind of like humans in a swimming pool.

If you used an altbier ale yeast, bottle it! If you used a true lager yeast, wait it out.
