Bottle a beer a couple of days ago. Looked at the bottles and it seems most of them have some
sort of solid/gellish material floating on top of the beer. Never seen anything like it.

I boiled the sugar for about 4-5 minutes then cooled the water/sugar solution down to about 75

Interesting, I did an Ipa mini mash not to long ago its instructions said nothing about
dry-hopping. Whats up with that? The procedure just called for 3oz of hops during the boil.Also
