I made a yeast starter about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago with wyeast 1084. It's still in the flask
with tin foil over the top in the fridge. my question would it still be viable if I step it up

The stout was a very simple recipe. I will do it and report back in a week after the brewfest.

Something was up with my flow from mash tun to pump. Thought it was stuck so I blew air back
into the hose connected to the mash tun, think that's when I made the inside manifold to come
