I added 15ml to just under a gallon, and it seems to have a nice level of sourness. Can't
entirely confirm this immediately, as it's presently carbonating, but I'll get back to you on

I brewed 3 gallons of BW on May 30th and had the same gravity thing... OG was 1.033, and after
a few days of just the lacto sitting on it, tonight it was at 1.010 or so. It even looked like
