"The God Delusion" by Richard Dawkins - Mr. Beer kit to 5 gallon extract kit. Ramped up to 10 gallon all grain. Currently in the process of building a one barrel electric brewing system using a 55 gallon Blichmann Boilermaker. I own a 14.5 gal Fermenator, 42 gallon Fermenator, 15 gallon demi-john, and about 15 glass carboys. I've started the paperwork to get licensed as a microbrewery, so hopefully if all goes well I will be selling my beer within 6 months.
