    Found a lost bottle in the fridge from November. It drinks like a Dortmunder Lager. Very good
    beer.

    I ripped this one out last week. Nice cold Nova Scotia weather meant that temp control was
    achieved naturally. Smells pretty good. I ALWAYS use Nottingham on light ales and it clears
    like a boss.Just ...

    Just sampled my first batch. FG hit 1.015 and it tastes AMAZING heading to the keg. I'm
    planning to do another batch next week and oak half in the secondary. A new staple for the
    buckets!

    This is my 7th AG brew and by far my best. It has chilled out to a nice clarity and had a
    perfect balance of hops to malt. Will be brewing doubles of this when I go to 10 gallons per
    batch.
