  • Co-worker introduced me to homebrewing by passing along a couple bottles of brew. That turned into a couple tastings at work on Friday nights. Which turned in to me researching homebrewing... and thru HBT, How-To-Brew and a couple YouTube videos, I took the plunge. I chose to do AG - it made the most sense to me, for how I wanted to brew. My first batch was a Scottish Ale, it went very well, and surprise surprise it was BEER!

    RAM is okay - but there is MUCH better.Actual new breweries in the area -- Lake Effect and
    Church Street (not sure if they have tasting rooms).. also near the airport there is a Park

    RV hoses are cheap and food grade - well at least for potable water. Not sure on its rating on
    temp though.I have also thought of this - but I know if I boil some of my hot water in a pot on
    the stove...
