    Two notes:1: I couldnt find Moravian malt so I added .25 Victory Malt to give it a little bit

    I think I got it...After reading this link and getting information from the brewer of Batch 19
    (Keith Villa), I came up with this recipe. So after 5 weeks of lagering (I doubt Coors lagers
    any longer)...

    You could also use Caramel Wheat Malt in addition to Carafa to steep. (you don't need much).
    Defiantly go with 6 lbs of Bavarian wheat DME.

    I've had DMS level diminish before. I think when the CO2 volume increases the level or
    perceived level of DMS decreases.
