  • Got tired of brewing on premises, so a friend and I decided to take the plunge into home brewing...have not looked back since. Looking to advance as a home brewer and start kegging with forced co2 carbonation. Planning to turn my 2nd fridge into a kegerator complete with tap.

    haha as soon as it's clear you can drink it. Normally by the time it's clear the fermentation
    has stopped. I still recommend stabilizing, but it's pretty much good to go. It does mellow

    I've done this recipe a few times now. I can not find blood oranges, so I always use other
    types. I tweaked the recipe a bit and add tangerines, Clementines, extra hops and Irish moss
