    That should be fine. I just read somewhere that Rogue ferments most of their beers at 60.
    Pacman is a beast I have fermented it as low as 50 before.

    74393Here is a side by side if my last batch. Mine was slightly more bitter and had alot more
    aroma (can't make an IPA without dry hops). Theirs has what I perceive as a hop sweetness that
    mine lacks....
