- Got a Home Brew Kit for my birthday from my wife (A Decision she is coming to regret ;)). Having a ton of fun. Did a India Black Ale first then a belgian Wit.rnTook the Plunge into All Grain (5G Igloo Cooler) and Loving it.. Currently Building up a 10 gallon Sankey System.

After six weeks here it is. Finished down at 1.014 7.2% and quite tasty.. I love the recipe;

Temp probe came loose from the fermenter today. I wanted to hit 68 degrees except it crept up
