Raspberries go well with other berries and citrus... Maybe mango? If you started with fresh
fruit, I would continue down that path... It's easier and you know it will have great flavor!

Thanks yooper! We have racked and it's a lot more active looking in the bottle than it was in
the bucket, but I assume that's a bit mis leading as the bucket didn't come to a narrow mouth
and it wasn'...

I actually have a recipe for a wine type fermentation of coffee. I am thinking about trying it-
