  Actually I am very surprised you haven't had any bottle bombs!Next time you do any recipe,

  Also, pick up John Palmers "How to Brew" Or get it online.Mine is so dog eared and worn down.
  Its pretty much mandatory to own as a home brewer and has everything you need to know.
