    Since this is already fermenting, I don't know that I really have any good advice. If you
    transfer and/or add water, siphon to prevent aeration. But I've never tried or heard of doing
    this after ferme...

    What gravity is the batch going to be?If Beersmith 2 is correct, it says OG is 1.068. I believe
    that is pretty high though. I believe it should be around 1.059.
