  You are spot on about the pectine. Not as good as fresh but hey. I don't live in apple country.

  Don't know if this can help anyone. But the Walmarts in louisville ky are rolling back prices
  in musselman a cider. They have it for $1 a gallon. The shelf sticker says $2 but it rings up
