    I used to squeeze the bag to death on the BBQ grill over the mash tun. Now, I only mash in
    1.25-1.5 quarts per pound of grain and squeeze enough so no liquid will drip as I swing the bag
    over to dunk ...

    A part of this process that hasn't seemed to come up is collecting yeast slurry. I use slurry
