    Please make sure that your keg is legal and has been decommissioned by the brewery. A deposit
    is not the same as purchasing a keg!

    The BCS 460/462 can definitely do this. Multiple steps, whatever, just program in your mash
    schedule and let it rip.

    I wouldnt! Throw in a campden tablet, let it sit for 24 hours, then pitch your yeast.

    fitting on there before you receive it, and you can get an awesome kettle for a little less
