Sigh. Trying the first brew, pale ale today, and I have a leak. Seems a couple posts on the
pico forum about it. Seems my machine wants to leak. Grrrr. Since a holiday weekend, probably
    no one to take...

Just wanted to share my shipping experience for those folks with the refurb/developer units. My
unit went UPS ground when I bought it. So it's reasonable to assume that the kickstarter units
    will as w...

Agree! The issue I ran into is that much of the Pico is user-fixable -- but the pumps,
apparently, aren't. That's the main reason why I had to send it back (twice now).Pico support

electric system and never looked back. 3rd brew coming up tomorrow and can't wait. Now I can

I agree with abandoning the plate chiller, too much effort for too little benefit in this
case(My plate chiller is going up for sale shortly). A quick homemade copper immersion chiller
    get's my chill ...

I'm in a similar situation, not enough time to spend on a brew day. I just got my zymatic and I
have to say it's a game changer for me. My active time on a brew day has dropped dramatically
    and it mea...

After watching the video it sure seems like this is following the Hot side process of a Brutus
20 (electric) using a BIAB bag (redundant? still early) instead of a false bottom. The
    Air/Water heat exc...
