They were .1012 I believe going into the barrel. Never checked the gravity after the 6 months

It says on the package food grade urea and diammonium Phosphate. And maybe since it was just
crystals and not liquid it wont break down. It is a black ipa at 94 ibu 7.5% so maybe the will
mask it !!

I brewed a porter with homemade beef jerky. Worked very well just to much garlic. Will do it
again but with less garlic. Great head retention
