    I am trying to figure out the total amount of wort I have before boiling my first AG batch. Do
    most people just mark there Kettle and if so how? Thanks for any replies.

    My next brew was delivered last night to my house and I didn't see it until this morning. So it

    I was in the same boat as far as not wanting to use it in the kit it came with. This is my
    first cider and only had 12 bucks in the juice so I wasn't that worried.:cool:
