You'd definitely be better off with 2 but how the heck is the gravity that high? That's
probably close to .03 above your target and that's a lot. Have you checked/tested your
    hydrometer to make sure i...

My GF girlfriend and I tried brewing igliashon's no-nonsense oatmeal stout yesterday and the OG
was at 1.080! I'm pretty sure I nailed down why, but my question is should I pick up and pitch
    a second ...

    excitement, I...

The reason I converted my danby was because I already had it. It was my dorm fridge from
college. If you've got the money to shell out for a legit kegerator, then that is awesome.

I used a Danby DCR412BLS which is 4.3 cu. ft. Had to remove the door shelving and bend the
freezer shelf so that its flush against the back wall. It fits two 5 gallon ball lock kegs.

    Thanks! This is great!

I'm hoping to try brewing a GF beer for my recently GF girlfriend. She used to drink stouts and
porters (her favorite being Atwater's Vanilla Java Porter). My LHBS carries only White Sorghum
    and rice ...
