I did 3/4 oz Goldings at 30min and a 1/4oz goldings for the last 5min.You used half your hops
yet stuck to your recipe. Sazz? not shure what your doing here still. Not making much sence.

I almost would do that too. If you have a 3 gallon carboy and do like 2.5 giving headspace. I
would consider it. Then pitch the rest of the yeast. I would think about doing it quick today

Most or all yeast is non GMO. I think maybe what your looking for is wild yeast or spontaneous
fermentation. Which would probably give you a funky beer. That said I've entered an all organic
