    No dice setting outy to 0. When set to 0 the gas valve does not open (or even click) to light
    the burner. Any other thoughts?Thanks!

    Hmm, in my limited experience with S-33 it seemed to always finish sweeter than 05 in most
    ales. I am reading it is supposedly higher attenuating than 05.

    Advice taken, thank you! Perhaps reduce the bittering hop and add the remainder to the late
