    Brewing up a white IPA. Was wondering when I should add the lemon grass and juniper berries to
    the boil? Trying something a little different with this batch. Any help would be appreciated.

    So question. If I have Krausen present. Can/should I swirl the starter? I currently do not have
    a stir plate. Hope to hear something soon as I have starter going now for a brew day tomorrow.

    Yeah the Krausen hadn't dropped. But just keged this up last night and all is well and the beer
    tasted just fine. Sometimes I just got to relax and enjoy some more homebrew.

    The recipe I used said to throw it in at the start of the boil. I used Wyeast #1332 Northwest
    Ale and brewed on 11/16. But like I said nothing bad as a taste or smell. I wish I would've
