I have the same problem but my 11.7% barleywine has been in the bottle for 5 months. I was also
considering adding yeast to the bottles. Does anyone know of a downside to this? Any tips for

Do you leave the beer at these high temps for the duration of the primary? For instance if I

For the best control of the beer temp you want the probe attached to the fermentor. I have mine
attached to the outside with a piece of styrofoam over it to insulate it. This will give you a
