    Blichmann Floor Burner w/ natural gas conversion kit. I do 10 gallon batches just fine. 15
    gallons wouldn't be an issue.

    I would avoid using a plastic nipple unless your duel filters are permanently mounted. I have
    already broken one of the plastic nipples and switched to brass.

    You have a broken link.I used a plastic 12"x12"x6" electric enclosure. You can buy them at home
    depot, lowes, and various online suppliers for around $50.
