  • Batch #1:rnBaby Steps IPA - My first batch of beer, an LME and steeping grain mix, bottled on 4-18-12. Finally carbonated and starting to come around on taste.rnrnBatch #2:rnBlonde from Cologne, based on Biermuncher's Orange Kolsch. Bottled 6-8-12. Used Wyeast 2575 Kolsch II (blowoff tube definitely required). I'm really looking forward to this one, as it tasted like it has a lot of potential from the gravity check samples, plus it's my first formulated recipe.rnrnBatch #3: Brandon O's Graff

Update:I bottled my first batch of this at the end of July 2012. It'd been a couple of months
since I'd had one, so I decided to crack a bomber open yesterday. IMHO, it's tasting the best

I did forget to mention that he offered to return the beer... well, part of it at least. I'm
not sure if he drank one of them, or gave/traded it to someone else? I don't want half the beer

Sorry for the delayed response. The bottle of beer in-question was a bottle of 2012 Dark Lord,
so that's why he said I'd have to wait until next year. I do have as many PMs saved that I can
    (only 15-P...
