I always get good pours. Be careful with leaving your co2 at a low psi you will lose
carbonation, unless if you like low carb.

Otherwise put the soap water mix in a cup mix it up with a paint brush and put the suds on
every potential leak, it will show up

With store bought kegs, I find I have to release the pressure in the keg with the pressure
relief and then add pressure to it. Then it pours nicely

Any chance at that low of a temp u r causing your lines to start to frost up or even starting
to freeze the bottom of your keg?

Did u soap test everything? Remember to froth it up and use the foam u will find the leak no
matter how small

Where I am in Canada, it cost me a little over $40 for a 5# refill. But it cost pretty the same
for a 20# refill.
