The baking chocolate would be good for the chocolate part. You could use cream of coconut added

This sounds tasty. Nice choice. Did you use black patent or chocolate malt?It was an extract

I can't speak about the kettle but the starter kit is top notch. It's what I have, and started
with the Caribou slobber, which was awesome!
