    I have 90s on the ends of all my hoses, connected to my female disconnects. this works great
    for me. no kinking whatsoever.

    i used a hop strainer bag and whole hops. i think the strainer would work for pellets, too.
    haven't tried it yet.

    yes, the pump will be the next purchase. i was thrilled to find out i didn't actually need one
    to use the plate chiller, so i thought i'd pass it along. The IC will definitely find a new

    We brewed a 5 gallon batch. I see no reason that brewing a larger batch would make any
    difference. I would take a little longer, but only because there's more liquid.The chiller
    itself is pretty small...
