The sediment in the bottle really does change the taste of the cider, and the problem is that
as soon as I tilt the bottle to pour it starts mixing in with the cider. I think I'm going to

ahhh ok - so when I transfer them to the 2litre bottles I should transfer the sediment as well?
It's a Young's Cider Yeast - I'm not sure what temperature it works best at or anything
