you don't need to back sweeten in the glass. its clumsy and unprofessional. plus, if you were
going to back sweeten with a liquid...why not use apple juice. introducing lemon-lime soda to

Leave your beer on the gunk and go get a second bucket. Bulk prime, less sediment in the
bottles. Your beer will thank you for it.

FWIW, things like jetdry in the dishwasher will kill the head of a beer too, even if the glass
is clean.This is so true. I discovered this by accident a couple of years ago when trying to
