On a side note: Does a vigorous boil really make a difference when compared to a light boil
(wort at 213 degrees-ish) besides the amount of boil-off?I'm interested in this as well...

On my second batch of beer ever, I added my aroma hops first by accident, I then added my
bittering hops. Any idea if this will ruin the taste of my Irish Stout? It's a Brewer's Best

Even if I had water with One Step added?Always Vodka, water is the perfect growth media for
yeast and bacteria.
