I currently heat mash and sparge water on my stove, mash in a cooler and boil in a keggle over
a propane burner. After much thought, I would like to get started with an electric system.

Glad you dug up a 4 yr old post. I'm thinking about doing a Steam Anchor clone first part of
Dec and it calls for this yeast. How did your brew day turn out? How is the yeast doing?
