  • Like so many people, received a bucket fermenter and extract starter kit for Christmas (2010). I showed great control not opening it when it arrived at my doorstep 3 weeks before Christmas. I did NOT show great control when brewing my first batch. I ruined it in countless ways but was not discouraged! I have since been completely consumed by my new passion for brewing. I brew every other week and our household is now 100% self-sustaining ... no more buying commercial beer.

There is nothing wrong with (in fact there is everything RIGHT with) multiple dry hop
additions.Feel free to dump more hops in there...or rack off the old hops and onto fresh
    hops.It's hip, it's new.....

I'd drink the hell out of this beer. Citra-Cascade works well. I've done a lot of
Citra-Amarillo too and both are great pairings.Brew it up and drink all summer :-)
