I am also wondering what to do to solve this and have an idea. You would need a pump and a
copper manifold like whats in the bottom of cooler already but no holes and hook it up from HLT
drain to pump...

Been doing that for a few years now and not really a bother. Open door grab picnic tap and pour

you could try adding some boiling water to your mash at the end of the rest. I try for 152
degrees and after the rest I stir in about 8 litters boiling to raise the temp of the grain bed
to 168-170 an...
