    ABOUT ME

  • Radical Brewing (Randy Mosher)
  • My wife, girlfriend at the time bought me a Mr. Beer system. Made just enough decent beer to keep me trying to make a really good beer. Now I have graduated to all grain with two kegs, 1 for Hot liquor and 1 for wort boil. I have a converted gatorade cooler for a lauter tun. I brew 5 gallons at a time which makes it easier to be experimental. I usually brew a couple batches a week. I keep two beers on tap at a time in corny kegs and bottle the rest.

Joel,I modified the hops and mash temperature as suggested; the IBU comes in at 60 IBU. I've

I have been brewing for a while with my system and sort of eyeball all my water measurements
for mashing. I have finally installed a sight glass on my HLT and Mash Tun. I want to be a
