    I have some of that black malt and roasted. I like that idea of adding a bit to the mash.

    I'm like most here drinking only one or two pints a day. But when the weekend come and no work
    then it goes up to 6-10 the higher if the guys are over.

    You should not panic much over seeing the airlock bubble. As long as you have sanitized
    everything then things will be fine. Every beer is drinkable, just some I won't. enjoy the
    start to your brewing
