  • I've made hard cider several times in the past but always had issues with temperature control during fermentation so my interests moved on to other things. I am always looking for hobbies that son would have interest in. When he started to shave a few years ago he got interested in double edge razors like I learned to shave with and a hobby was born. We help from internet forums we progressed into straight razor use, honing and use. My wife also became interested and making home made shave creams and bath soaps. As time went by we added pocket knives to the mix. Now I am interested in brewing beers and found this forum. Temperature control looks to be within reach so let's see where this takes us. My wife and son are also interested so this may become a new hobby.
