Peach is a hard flavor to get...I can tell you from experience 4lbs won't get you any peach

I had a saison quit on me at about 1.030 after 2 months of fermenting at 80 degrees. I swirled
it and warmed it up to 85. That kick started the yeast again, and after a few more weeks it

I ended up putting bleach in there to stop it from getting worse, and that worked. I should
have done that from the beginning, but I didn't expect it to take that long to ferment out.

I make 1 gallon at a time using distilled water. It never lasts long enough to worry about
going bad.I emailed Five Star a while back about mixing it. They said to use 1 capful to 1
gallon.
