    Just my opinion - but you might want to consider cutting the steeping grains down to about 250g
    of each. It's usually recommended to keep the amount of the these to about 10% of the total
    "grain bill"...

    Brewed up a quick BIAB Extra Special Bitter that I'll bottle in about 10 days and let age about

    I've used them in every brew except the first (I've done 4) as aroma additions for the last 3-4
    minutes of the boil. I suspect that since they were found "past their prime" that I'm not
    getting a lot ...

    Second batch - an American Pale Ale. Made with Lite DME, some C120 I roasted in the oven to get
    a little more color on, some Cascade and Willamette hops with an IBU of almost 40.Cheers!:mug:
