I've seen a lot of methods (including Palmer) that recommend adding water to the grain, rather
than grain to water.Is there any real difference? Any reason to do one or the other?

It must be drinkable. Just keep trying them and soon they will be all gone then you have no

OK, so it's been over a month. I've been tasting one a week and it's not getting better. I'm

Just put my thrid batch, a BB Kolsch kit, into bottles last night. Is there a problem with
storing the bottles at 55 degrees or so? Will the low temperature inhibit the yeast from
