Agreed on using a hydrometer. I find my refractometer readings after correcting for alcohol
aren't accurate. Pre-fermentation they're fine but after fermentation they end up understating

The Ethernet and sd libraries are huge. DNS alone saved me 2KB. I think I saw one that had cut
