I usually keep it on 30 for 24-48 hours and then bleed the keg down to serving pressure. It's
not fully carbed after the first few days but it's definitely drinkable and after 3-4 days it's
    good enoug...

I usually add some gypsum or calcium chloride, total of 6 grams for about 10 gallons of brew
water (depending on style for gypsum or cacl). I just recently started doing this and I'm
    impressed by the ...

Agreed on using a hydrometer. I find my refractometer readings after correcting for alcohol
aren't accurate. Pre-fermentation they're fine but after fermentation they end up understating
    the FG.

I bought a mini fridge and put my bucket in there. I use a stc-1000 and disconnected the
internal thermostat to control the temp. I'm only one batch in but it works perfectly so far. I
    live in NYC, so...

Since I've gone all-grain, I've brewed five batches and all have been cloudy coming out of the
mash & boil except for the last one, which I brewed yesterday. I've been reading a lot about
    water chemis...

Snccoulter,I would recommend a MEGA (because the UNO is really memory limited when working with
Ethernet projects) and the Ethernet board. Also, get some LEDs, a few breadboards and jumper
    wires (or j...

mysd,I haven't made any changes. I'm glad you liked the HTML side. Unfortunately, the apartment
I moved into doesn't have the proper electricity setup for this system so I'm just brewing on
    my stove. ...

I own this one: it last weekend, worked great (I was getting it to pitching temp in 1 pass)
though I had some problems with doing a gravity feed and had to use my pump instead. I'm using

What fridge did you buy? I'm looking for one with the same purpose in mind.
