I bottled, then kegged, now back to bottling. No interest in kegging anymore. Bottling can
impart flavors that are not possible with kegs.

Thanks for your input. The beer tasted pretty good last I had it, of course there was no
carbonation. The bottles are in the basement where it's 50ºF, they shouldn't blow down there.
